Terms and Conditions
We try to make sure that 777MX has accurate stock levels at all times, but if something you want is out of stock, please do Email us on: email@example.com or via our ‘contact us’ enquiry form to request further information. We will reply with our best anticipated delivery date, or let you know if further stock is unavailable.
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling and include VAT at the standard UK rate. Channel Islands and other VAT exempt areas will have VAT removed at the Checkout. All prices exclude any other Import Duties, Taxes, or Levies that may be payable for delivery to some Countries. See further information below:
Payment for products from 777MX can be made through Paypal or Worldpay. All transactions will be processed in GBP. The currency switch module is for reference purposes only and may not be 100% accurate.
The billing address provided by you must be the same address to which your card is registered. Please note that we will not dispatch goods until the payment has been received.
Your Card Security:
We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal or Worldpay and are not accessible by anyone at 777MX . 777MX do not store any financial information. You will receive an Email receipt from PayPal and Email confirmation from us of your order. Please check your junk mail, otherwise our Emails may be automatically placed there by some spam filters. Alternatively you may receive an Email from Worldpay if you select the Worldpay payment method.
777MX understands that choosing gifts for a friend or family member can be hard to get right; especially clothing. So why not make life easier and use our Gift Voucher service? Simply select the amount you would like to spend in denominations of £5, £10, £20, or £50, and pay through the shopping basket. We will send you an automatic Email with a code to enter into the web site when purchasing the items. If you would like to send this to a friend as a present, then you can activate this through your account; they will then receive an Email with their unique voucher code which can only be used once.
Standard Delivery Information:
777MX can only despatch goods to Europe and the UK.
UK Delivery charge is £2.95 per item and orders over £50 are delivered free to any UK address.
You should receive your delivery within 2- 5 working days of placing your order. If you are not at home to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card giving you details of how to collect or have it re-delivered.
777MX cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the chosen courier, once an item has been despatched.
777MX does not post outside of the UK.
Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
777MX cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any orders delivered outside of the UK mainland.
Express Delivery Information;
Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched the same day.
Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday period will be despatched after 2 working days. Courier deliveries may also not take place during Bank Holidays.
Highlands and Islands maybe subject to additional delivery charges. Please check beforehand via Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Express Delivery does not apply outside of the UK:
Item not arrived?
Please inform us in writing (by Email or post) within 28 days of our despatch date, if you have not received the item. We will investigate and you will either be refunded or the item will be replaced. We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation that the original item cannot be found, or in the case of a faulty item, until it has been returned to us and received.
If you have selected a Royal Mail delivery; an item will not be classed as missing until at least 15 working days have passed (3 weeks) and, we have received confirmation that your item is not awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail Depot (Postmen may not necessarily leave you a card.)

Returns UK Mainland:
Our rigorous quality control process ensures that every product should be perfect, so we are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the items you have ordered.
We know that sometimes a picture can look slightly different to the product, so 777MX will offer a free exchange for unworn items with their swing tags still attached, in original packaging and returned within 12 working days of purchase.
With the distance selling regulations you are able to cancel or return your order within 7 days; in addition to these rights we have extended our policy to 12 days.
If the product has not been returned in a saleable condition we can refuse the right to give a full refund.
You will find a Returns Address Label on your order receipt to make this easy for you. Please make sure that you obtain a proof of posting for any returns, and that any package has sufficient insurance should the item go astray in transit. Simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge for any items returned, as this is a direct cost.
Refund Policy Exclusions:
We regret that the cost of postage for returning any goods will be at your own expense. 777MX unfortunately cannot refund any returns postage expenses.If you change your mind about your order after it has been confirmed by us, you can return the products in accordance with this returns policy.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing by post or by Email within 28 days to: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will arrange a full refund or exchange. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds are processed weekly so please allow 28 days for the refund to show as a credit on your statement.
Refunds will usually be given in the form of a store credit; however in exceptional circumstances we can offer a refund via your original payment method.
We take your privacy and the security of your personal information extremely seriously. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
You can check the information that we hold about you with an Email to us, or by using our Contact Us Form. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal Email addresses (spam). We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Email a Friend:
The Email-a friend facility, allows a user to Email links to pages on our site to other online users. Users can include a personal message together with their name and Email address.
